cubase question of quantize audio ?

Hi
does anybody know how do i make the lines of quantize (in audio) to appear after i record an audio file in cubase ?
i order to do that i have to duplicate a n audio file than glue it than this lines appear, is there any fast way to do it ?

I didn´t understand well your question mate....
The line you see when glueing two diferents audio files is just where the samples "start/finish"....
If u split one audio file into two parts, and after u glue them, u will not see this line...
For fast cut at quantize length, select the audio and cut it with ALT pressed, and quantize u want selected.

mmm. i mean when just record an audio track, lets say from midi, you doble click the sample and you see the with 1-1.2-1.3-1.4 , but there is no lines for snap on to quantize, in order to have the snap lines i will hav e to duplicate the file glue it than you will see the sanp lines appears
