hope I make it fairly easy with formulating this question on the first try:
host is cubase sx
target: to use different fx channels (eg 1 flanger, 1 reverb, 1 midigate) as send fx on a single vst- or audiotrack, importance in ability to fade between different outputs of these fx channels.
so far I'm able to use and automate the send dry/wet balance to fade in/out different fx channels on a single track. what I want to be able to do is set up something like a switch that let's me fade/crossfade 2 or more of these fx channel outputs. somehow it doesn't feel comfortable to edit the dry/wet balance.
what I tried so far: use a quadro panner group channel and route 2 fx channels onto that, one to the front and one to the rear. But somehow I don't get it right. any ideas or a better solution?
I think the setup I wan't to achieve is a multiplexer. correct me if I'm wrong because I couldn't find anything related in google.
thx for taking the time to read this and maybe you get/understand what I wan't to achieve. |
