Cubase quantize problem...

Hey... one of my Cubase projects seems to be stuck at 1/16 no mater my settings, say for example:
Snap Type: Grid
Grid Type: Use quantize
Quantize Type: 1/1
Everything as i usually work but everything snaps just to 16ths...
If i make a new project it works normally but
not at this one, anybody knows if i did pressed any shortcut or what is actually happening?
