Ok I Open Cubase 3.65 and it wrote to me
Asio Multimedia Driver
-----------------------
Device: Sb16 Wave Out [220]
Errorcode: FF85000C [4]
Info
----
Device Could Not Be Opened.
Mybe Card Is Already Allocated By Another Application Or This Device Does Not Support Full Duplex Mode.
What Should I Do? Mybe Its Becouse My Sound Blaster Old? |

Uninstall both versions.
The reinstall cubase.
Don't install reason, until you have the full version.
This will maybe work.
When you will get the full version of reason you will have to find a folder called cubase-reason fix follow instructions-good luck. |

i'm afraid it can be something worse ...
reason-cubase fix fixes problem with rewire.
this error says your card doesn't have full duplex, which is true: sb16 wasn't full duplex.
i hope what hujaboy told helps.
but in the worst case you'll have to spend money on a newer card.

ok i Uninstalled both and reinstalled cubase but it still dont work.
It Dedact The Input But Not The Output.
This Time It Not Write Anything... You Just Cant Hear... |

before u run cubase, run the ASIO drivers setup - under cubase menus. after u get all the tests successfull, try runnng cubase.
and don't forget playing with tha mixers ...
maybe u muted some output with other proggy.

btw,
if this is a fullduplex problem...
there's a driver in creative's website which fixes the SB to be full duplex
...I wonder if it only works with PCI64
