cubase output latency became huge!

wtf is with this? i have to wait like 1-2 seconds for everything to happen and i have only like 7 VSTi and maybe 20 vst... in fruity loops i could handle 20 VSTis @ 6 ms latecy without problem and latency never grew by it self?!?!... it this normal in cubase?
i hope not and really want a solution for this... |

somehow drivers changed by them self to shitty directx D |

it happens sometimes when cubase crashes. after that it can't initialize asio drivers. reboot fixes the problem.
