better stick to live logic or cubase imo.. i have the feeling logic 10 will kill them all if they bring us a new softsynth and a new sampler and some new processors , integration with ipad and stuff like this.. they can make the best daw
logic is no option for me... i'm really glad to be a PC user...
don't know why, but i really really dont like MAC & other APPLE products...
and i also think that ableton live will be the future

if ableton live is fine and you get used to it you don t need to change daw , it s very powerfull for sure, long time i havent used it but dunno why i always had better production using cubase probably cause i was using live built in plugins a lot.
i think Plasikman created a whole album only using small samples...
but i guess you need lots of skills doing this

Most eazy is to be a Lego-Man .. We are all expert & master of it and this is nothing and im sorry to say that , How some one can be proud with 'His work' With an 100% (Or even 20 or 15 % this is not matter) When actually other made it and here the big question .. How can you say its yours when all those sounds Cd's and other sounds packs are free and available to all ? .
So we agree this is very eazy things to do .. You know .. If i get and use all those Cds of loops and "Ready" net pads of Bass and atmos and mello .. I release 1 track in a week , But we both know this is not serious to be depending with an others sounds , Thats not realy free YOUR soul ..
i have to agree with you cardinals cartel - if your track is 100% made by yourself it is really something different - something special...
a better option would be to create your own DAW, your own VSTs + recording your own samples
