not much difference. nuendo is theoretically focussed on post-production and cubase on music production but they have the same codebase so very similar.
cubase got a few more midi features , nuendo has better video features, surround support, high bitrate/samplerate support, better signal routing, more sync/timecode features, stuff like that.
