Cubase: my transport panel is gone

Im using sx3/
i opened a new prject today and the transport panel was missing. i pressed F2 and it still didnt apear. i looked at the transport menu and it showed that the panel was selected. but it still did not apear.
its not under any other windows, its missing. anyone know where it is>

I once did a track called "missing the transport bar" ^^
What you can do is load a tutorial project of cubase. It should be installed when you bought cubase.
After loading that project, the transport bar should be visible again.
Another thing you can do is by using your graphic card drivers. it should allow you to set up a hotkey that will switch the activated window from one screen to the other. This should do the trick even if you only have one screen connected.
Last but not least a full reinstall of cubase should render the transport bar usable again.
Shouldn't take too much time.
