At the moment i've got loads of VSTs running in my piece and so now the CPU is sky high and starting to glitch. Is there a way i can bounce all the midi tracks down quickly into seperate audio tracks without having to do one by one? thanks |

no. You l have to go one by one. Begin with the most "cpu eaters" first, usually are lead synths with built in effects such reverbs, etc...

another possibility is tapeit 2... multitrack bounce in realtime is the way I do it. the good thing is, you can insert it everywhere, pre fx or on the last slot, or maybe on group tracks...

Well i use notebooks & always check for specs for them..Have they come out with quad core processors for notebooks yet?
Anyway that's a shitload of money just for a cpu, i'd rather wait until prices go down..Besides, we'll have to wait until software is specifically designed to make use of the quad processors, for now they'll give the same performance as a dual core..
