Hi,
A question...in cubase, you know when you glue events so that they become one? Like glueing 4 kick samples to make a 4 beats part.
Ok, my question is...when I do this, I cannot fade in/out the sample, and if i insert any fx it will do to each part individually and not to the whole....ok....got it? so how do i fade in these things in cubase?
Thanks |

After you have glued the audio together, select the glued part, right-click and select audio -> bounce selection, then when it asks you "replace" it.
Now it is all one sample. This is a very useful technique for all kinds of audio editing, for putting offline processed FX plugins on all kinds of things, drums, leads, everything.

Whats the difference between 'bounce selection' and 'events to part' in the Audio option?

sometimes you don't need to bounce some samples together in one sample. if you need some samples united in group for some kind of editing you just use that glue tool.
