Guys, help me, im really worried
right now.
I was already half way through my best
track to date, and when I opened my project
today, it sais that there are pending
connections, as in, ALL of the VST's I had
used. Zeta, Battery, Scorpion, etc etc
Ive tried to just connect them again, but
this just makes having to do everything over
again, like, the settings for each thing
played.
What went wrong? Is this fixable?!
(ive also tryed the "revert" setting which
makes me go to my last save point.... no
good either)

And I know this doesn't really help your current situation, but in the future you might want to consider saving presets for each thing that you do... of course you'll end up with a bunch of presets, but it'll help you in a situation like that. The only vst that's done that to me has been the Camel space...

I have had this happen before, I've never been able to figure out what caused it either. Sometimes it would just happen at random. I suspect this is a "feature" of the "demo" version of sx. Its not because of the folder, the instruments are still there but its like sx blanks out whatever was loaded in the vsti instrument window so when you open the project up next time there is nothing for your tracks to send data to.
after it happens a few times you will do like what mubali said and start saving everything as presets, trust me. |
