This is going to be a VSTi problem as SEModule_base.ccp is part of the SynthEdit, a package of libraries for VSTi development. One of your VSTi's that uses SynthEdit is the culprit.
The Superwave stuff seems most likely. I like the plugs, but I've had various instabilities with them and finally ditched them. Their development and support seem to have disappeared. (Email accounts are dead so AFAIK no one has gotten any authorizations for many months despite that their web site is still up and taking money!)
also you should remove the Superwave .dll file(s) from the VST Plugin folder. They can still create problems even if you don`t use them in a project!
imm quiet banking on a problem with SUperwave synths, remove them and everything should be good

I have fixed the problem.
It was not superwave but it was a effect which uses synth edit thats correct.
It was Feldspar FX you can't open more then one instance at a time ... Does anybody knows any similar plugin like Feldspar Fx

i have the same probelm.
its also from effect i think somtimes is camelspace
somtimes is other.
somtimes super wave synth dont work,somtimes
rob wapen isnt working.

what exactly do you think is so special in this plugin?
i would suggest the uhbik fx for all that stuff..no single plugin tho, but great quality and lots of stuff in there
