Now hold youre horses, Zlajm is moving to cubase  first track on the edge of complete status, only one thing we got lack of. EFFECTS 
Tell me where can i find such things?

You have in the mixer the option to send it to effects. The native cubase effects (very good ones) and the VST effects that you might have.

Hey, I moved to Cubase today too
Oh well, as I understand it you have two options.
You can choose effects from Devices->VST Send Effects (F6) and send them to the channel trough the mixer. When you click on the mixer, search for the "common panel" on the left, then click on the highest button which toggle the extended mixer options, then click on the pop-up menu above the channel you want to send the effect to and then click "send+".
The second option is to insert an effect trough the left panel on the main window (click on "inserts").
You can also do it from the mixer itself (instead of "sends+" click on "inserts").
Can somebody explain the difference between those two?

You can chain effects.
Up to 4 simultaneously per channel if i'm not mistaken
