Cubase DONT work !!

I just wanted to make a track... 
I had Cubase before and it work, But after I install Windoes again last month I cant run Cubase.
Dont know why... Its not says NOTHING.
I install it, And when I want to run it, Nothing happen..
I use Windoes 98.
And plz dont tell me to use windoes XP or something, Cuz it was working before a month (before I re-install again win 98 ).

Try deleting the Temp directory inside of windows, then restart.

i have Cubase 5..
And Sesto guy, Its not helping.
Jeto my friend... I uninstalling it and re-install it about 20 times !!
Im get crazy here

No way...
I install Windoes this month about 7 times..
Cuz I had a problem.
Now my PC is good, I cant install win 98 again..

I moved to Logic Audio. At least it working Even i dont know how to use it
