Cubase doesn't see Livecut

Hi. I have downloaded Livecut for PC and installed into my vst dir.
But it won't appear at the insert fx list as the other plugins.
If i use Devices / Plugin Information it does appear there, recognized and fully detected but not at the list so i can actually use it.
Any thoughts? |

I have same sx3.1
I had copied it manually. Also i tryed same dll on another computer with same cubase version and it worked... so i don't know why it doesn't work on my laptop grr.
Is it possible for vsts to conflict with each other? any way to know if i have to uninstall something or i dunno... ideas pls u_u |
