Cubase Delay when record to audio

I have a problem when using virus b connected to my cpu with audio cable anyway,
when mixdown to a track it seems to delay the sound output
how can i avoid this problem

check preferences, and make sure you're using ASIO drivers not MME, mme lag:-D |

well and chek too .. try to rek this track without having the ouput conected .. take the ouput from the mixer (in the program .. cubase logic whatver ) .. like this u might dont have any latency delay .. or if it dont work .. try to fix this in the midi options .. in the midi part .. chek the DELAY put up or down values until u feel the sinhcronism

latency will always be!
if beacuse of your midi in/out or your cpu.
I recomend to edit your audio files after you record them. |

ambulent , it depends, if you got the delay as a result of you Software monitoring the input and then recording it - causing the latency to kick into the recording , and mess up stuff ..
then you should use the method darkpsy is suggesting , and play with you midi delay setting . (that's what im doing anyway).
but if you'r doing Hardware monitoring , as monitor the input without any software , using the card system/whatever .. then i think you should check all those midi connections / settings etc..
