Cubase crashing.

I have a abit of a problem in cubase. I just reformatted my computer, and installed cubase. When i run it (while intellizeing all its files and vst's etc), it crashes (comp restarts). It does this as soon as it intalizes (spelling  ) direct x plugins. Any ideas?

hmm it might be anything, but if it crashes during initializing directx, what about install newest directx?
And what version of cubase and windows you have? sp? |
