Hi, I'm having some serious problems with a track I am working on.
After using 4-5 hours on a track I shut down cubase. (and the computer) when I returned a couple of hours later and wanted to proceed my work I got an strange error. The project loads with no problems, but when I play it no sounds come out, in the mixer it looks like everyting is playing fine, but when I look at the CPU usage in cubase it's maxed out all the time, but when I look at the actually CPU usage (in the task manager) it only uses about 30%, If i try to bounce the track it bounces ok.
Any ideas?
Thanx.

seems like you are using a buggy plugin. make a backup of the project and try to unload plugins one by one untill you'll find the buggy one.

yeah i experienced this a few times as well, but its not necessarily because the 'bad' plugin is bad. My experience is, that loading the 'bad' plugin on another slot on the particular channel solves the problem, and the plugin works again. For me it has been 1 of the numerous instances of UAD Cambridge EQ that i used, causing all the trouble.
