Ok, after some time now with FL Studio, I think it's time to move on.
I've searched for a newbies guide but it didn't find.
SO if someone can plz direct me to a VERY FIRST basic beginners guide it will be wonderfull.

I am also moving to cubase. FL is cool, but just does not get the job done as good as cubase, not to mention it is very buggy (that always pissed me off).

Anyhow, i sugest the steinberg getting started manual, which is available for free on their site

u mean that? flstudio crashes with u? It never did with me... version 2 and 3 had their little problems, but since V4 it didn't crash a single time on my computer... and cubase SX up to version 2.0 is notoriously buggy...
