suppose you got a big Reverb or any other plugin hooked up a send effect. Can I automate a parameter differently for each Channel that has it hooked up to it? So example: During one piece of the song, I increase the Wet amount of the Reverb for 1 synth while not for another, even though its connected to both of em?

No. There is only one version of the effect, so any changes you make to it will be heard on every sound that sends to that effect. If you're using send effects you want the reverb to be set to 100% wet anyway.           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering
