I have been trying to get used to cubase many years, maybe because i was thinking there must be something extra which other daws dont offer when all the ''pros'' using it, but still it makes my work flow even slower from my normal slow. I think i'm slow what comes composing and mixing, but FL atleast saves half of the time from my case.. I even prefer Acid pro more than Cubase for that reason.

i tried a lot other daws and i prefer cubase all the way..only for live performance it would not be the tool of my choice, but for example the arrangement window in live is a joke and audio editing is not even comparable to cubase.
I got quite a few shortcuts created in cubase to suit my workflow best.
there is nothing i miss in cubase compared to other daws except the midi learn thing wich i solved with novation automap or even quick controls are quite enough usually. the media bay is good if used right^^;)
in the end its the music that counts regardles wich tools are used..
i might give studio one another chance, lots of good steinberg developers moved over to presonus btw..
cheers
