What we can do with cubase for an live PA? any sugestion on softwares? hardware gear?

I know that Ableton Live has a rewire thingy in it, so you can connect it to Cubase.
Exactly what it does and how it works is unknown to me.

its not sooo bad like u guys say it is... i spoke to a few artists and you can make mistakes still,
ie: leave loops running open and things like that, its not so easy and not just pressing space...

ableton under cubase sx is nice for live imho.
you can have parts of the track in cubase (yes, the space key version:) and run ableton beside it where you can load premade loops.
it autostretches your loops to the host tempo. it even has some quite-nice effects, which are designed specially for gigs. it also has the option to have 8 outputs, so you can wire them out to a hardware mixer/hw effects-filters.

you can bounce the sound except some synths, leave the midi for the synths and tweak the synths live |
