Cubase Advice needed - Exporting to pool

How I'm able to export all tracks as 32-bit wave to pool, can do it only manually track by a track  what's the best way, when starting to mix
2nd thing. sometimes i press CTRL+Z to undo something cubase sx3 mess up my sequence few, track height will be resize. I'm dying on this 
3rd. how i can disable all inserts and effect by a click not doing it separately
4th. when composing a track, how to save cpu usage. let's think there is just highpass on lowfq on instruments   "" |

1) i don't get it...you want to export all tracks at the same time ?
2) maybe a shortcut is assigned, take a look to the shortcuts board
3) you have a small button on the left near inserts and sends
4) use more group channels and send FX instead of individual track FX

1) Yes, I've been using MEAP for quite some time now and it works very well.
2) Assign Y & U to vertical zoom in your key command menu. This zooms in steps and it makes it easy to get your tracks back to their original size very quickly.
3) I don't know of a way to bypass them all at once but you can bypass all inserts on a single channel just by clicking the bypass button.
4) Use send effects and also export parts to audio or freeze your tracks you aren't working on.
