Looks great from a quick reading. I am not sure which new synth/modulation/dynamics/EQ plug ins have been included, but I am impressed with the list of things I saw. I assume they sound good, they should in this day and age.

Waiting for Logic to catch up on version 10 now

Peace out.

I'm sure dubstep-producers going to "pee some honey"

Well, for me, i dunno... feels like it's getting more complicated, at least for my knowledge.

I don't know if it's worth upgrading, I have the "Studio 5". Looks interesting though.

The note expression feature seems very nice
Though sometimes there are too many features to learn and get into. Maybe worth it in the end, but if you want write music its not so good

Anyway looks nice

Yeah, what are they thinking not making automation easier?

The new amp simulator looks cool, but their amp simulators of the past few versions have been pretty weak. Hopefully this is a 're-made' one. And the extra effects from that will be cool too if they were done right.

The note expression stuff is cool. I don't see what the big deal about changing 1 notes velocity on its' own lane really. It's not a huge deal. The pitch bending is really cool though. Not sure how much I'd use it, but the example they had with it sounded tight. Could be really cool on basslines possibly.

The thing they did about folder tracks shouldn't have even been mentioned because it's not that important at all. If you just highlight all the tracks together, you can cut them all in one click.

The audio quantize looks like it could be good, especially how they said you can change the tempo of an audio segment without much phasing. Right now, in 5, there is phasing if the tempo gets changed too drastically.

lol I hope they fixed the blinking locator line or whatever it's called, cuz it never got fixed in cubase 5 ever.

Also interested in how cubase 6 is going to handle 64 bit VSTs. They didn't mention it, but that's still a problem in cubase 5. -- not that you can't use the 32 bit vsts with no problem though.           www.musicproductionnatural.com || www.facebook.com/djamoeba | facebook page

new features look nice, but my problem with cubase is that steinberg refuses to fix bugs in their new releases and prefers to get the next version out asap instead...
end of 2011 win8 is coming, so i expect cubase 7 to launch in ~12 month^^
