the best... i mean the best online tutorial
for the cubase is ..... it's offline tutorial :-)
use the *.pdf documentation and you'll know it all
besides .... don't just read docs - experiment !

I think he ment the earlier versions of Cubase, before it went into SX. I remember cubase VST 4.5 and so on.
