Cubase 5 - vst overlapping issue (only external), and battry3 setuphelp ^^

hey guys, i know there is a option, wich says "vsts always in front" or something.
BUT this works only vor internal vsts.
not for external vst.
thats a problem if i got for example a analyzer (span) always open, and i open up anything, the analyzer will always overlap any window.
in cubase sx3 this was no problem...
i checked all options but i didnt find a thing ><
any one knows this?

second problem is to setup the battery3 >.<
the tracks dont appear (3/4 5/6 ...)
that means if i select the kick, route it in the battery vst to channel [St3/4] there is no sound.
this was also no problem in SX3.

1. dont works, i knew this option, it only works for internal vsts here (but it worked in SX3)! maybe could be the problem because ive got the AIRŽed cubase 5 edition?^^

i found the solution for 1:
rightclick on the vst itself, there is also an option called "always on top"... but also have to do it in preferences...
