I have a very annoying problem with cubase 5. When i produce, after some minutes the sound becomes deteriorated, like if there was a bitcrusher with wet at max on it. I must restart cubase to get back to a normal sound.
My soundcard is an M audio audiophile delta AP.
Do you guys have any idea ?

well you dont give much of info about your system..
it could be a number of things.

possibly something is running in the backround that shares an irq with your soundcard maybe.

or maybe a plugin that suffers from denormalisation..          http://www.landmark-recordings.com/
