hi, im also thinking of using cubase 5, hmm how is the learning curve? i've been using ableton now for a couple of months and gotten used to it, but i heard that managing audio files is way easier on cubase? |

Ableton live is really unique in its way to deal with live audio creation. It misses some nice audio editing features as i also cannot find zero crossing in the sampler in ableton.
Cubase is very nice on audio editing.
But to play around live and record arrangements is something cubase dont have.
I have love for both, Reason, FL studio, Cubase and Abelton live, also a Samplitude! But i get my best flow in Cubase Sx 3, still Ableton is becomming a soon a first choice..
