Need Some regarding this topic

Just have started on Cubase 5 Just wanted to know what are the best VSTi for Cubase 5.

Your support will really help me out.

Vb1 for Bass , A1 for other stuff, for example..but even the new cubase synths can do great things..

actualy i never tried to use them for bass..hmm..i will try later           -------......-------...-..-..-..-.-.-.-.-

I really like the alien 303. Very easy to get good basslines and very cheap. Havent really used the cubase ones although I should give them a try

synth that don t retriger oscillators on each note often have good saw... Gforce oddity,minimonsta for example ,no one use them cause you have to sample but i rate their saw as good as esm ...
i would say you have to love the sound of the osc first or don t even try to make a bassline with that synth it will need much more processing and it ll be harder to get the sound you want.

Maybe I should also try my Nord rack 2 for basses.
