Cubase 5.5 update!!

it's work for me fine now. i needed to authorize many plugins again. and to install new update for izotope alloy that works with the cubase 5.5.
the problem was that every project i have with izotope alloy (i use it for multi band sidechain) stopped to work. |

i update.. looong time ago .. and im really happy of it ... :o)) .. it work really fine... no trouble at all !!! :o))) THANX to steinberg.. they really improve it since SX3 ... and some new cool stuff inside :o) ... for me : much more stable !!!
at first i panic, because most of my old VST didn't appear anymore...
but you have to go on the plug in page: and there you give manually : the way to your different vst folders
( for exemple ....
C:Program FilesSteinbergCubase SX 3Vstplugins
then:
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins)
and so on ...
and then all your old plug in work fine again ...
other small detail ... in the SX5 some old cool vst don't exist anymore (such as VB1) , ... so you have to search them in an extra folder : and then you drag and drop them into your VST folder...

Protrolls lacks in the first place (imo)in all the great Midi functions Steinberg is so big at...
