Cubase 4 VS Cubase Studio 4

So i have been reading about this two versions... but there's lots of things that looking at the comparison chart i don't understand..
From what i did understand Cubase 4 is more for people that work in a studio, with more hardware and EXTERNAL STUFF
For home use, (i only have a laptop+sound card) where everything will be virtual (VST's) Cubase studio 4 has everything i need or not???
Can i upgrade later from studio to normal cubase?

Due to the fact,that in cubase studio are only least two vst synth integrated and in in cubase 4 there are 6, i would say cubase 4 is better for working virtual..and the synths are quite good for sure..
in c4s you got only one automation mode...so you are limited...but if you just wanna get started...go for studio and when you feel comfortable with it and want more..then date it up..
