so I got cubase 4 and im kinda confused the time stretch only goes to 200%? am I missing something?

You can, as far as cubase 3.0 goes at least - choose whether you want normal timestretch or "effect" timestretch which goes much much higher in terms of percentage stretch.           www.myspace.com/beat_nik
