Those of you who use cubase 4, can you tell me if the compressors,limiters , that come with the sequencer are "top notch"?
I mean, i think tey are good but as i don't have experience with other vsts i cannot compare.
My main question is:
Is it worth it to buy some virtual dynamic processors like uad 1176 for example ?

main answer: yes buy UAD
c4: i have only used cubase 4's eqs and comps for minor elements in my mixes.

Cubase 4 plugins, nothing to write home about.
UAD plugins, definitely worth the purchase but wait a bit before you buy as UAD2 is just about to come out.
