heres how you solve this problem.
first make sure u have the latest version 1.1.3.001 .
then before you start cubase go to
C:Documents and Settings"your user name"Local SettingsApplication DataNative InstrumentsMassive
and delete the file "NIMassiveDataBase"
then start massive in standalone mode or plugin mode. it will say something like database not found need to rebuild...
go to fileoptionsbrowser and click Rebuild DB.
give it a minute or 2 to rebuild the DB (depends on how much presets you have). and your done. massive will stop crashing.
the problem may return after some time and you will have to do the same procedure again.
