cubase 3x crashes

thankx a lot guys ..finall got it to work..there was a dll file in the systems 32 folder..installed by cubase sx2..removed it... ...all good...(synoapdll)... |

now it crashes at the midi part.
and i cant find the midi parts to rename it or to remove it

I got The Same prob when opening cubase sx3. Every time i try to start it the h2o app crashes and drwatson makes a report.
Maybe windows 2003 just sucks big time.
