Actually I found a site on the web were they were showing party pics from Cuba and it looked really cool, unfortunately I cannot remember the site.
I think Cuba is still one of the more interesting places out there, also lots of other great music there.

I suggest you read about all the ´laws´ regarding foreigners there.. really...
a lot of things to keep in mind there.
as for psytrance scene? I doubt it.. there are some cool non-trance music there though |

Man in Cuba you don`t have psy trance music, but you have the best musicians in this world in my opinion. . .there and in Brazil too. . .for me the 2 top music countrys in this planet ( :

Cuba for sure is more known for the great tabbaco, handmade cigars. So u need to smoke some if u there. Cuba cigars are known as the best worldwide
