like when your avatar says system message , this post is offtopic , or something like that ... so who decides when a post is offtopic , not "illegal" enough to be deleted but works like a warning to others or what ? so whats standard operating procedure for considering a post offtopic enough to be labeled like that :P

Usually, everything that's not fitting the guidelines is deleted. Rest is offtopiced once the posts "destroy" the discussion chain because it can take it to other directions, not relevant to topic and not interesting to users.

lime is actually alkaline to the system , unless mixed with sugar .
