Sounds like FM synth to me.
in other words: frequency modulation is the key to that sound.

it's ok i got 99% same sound on discovery right after i posted this. It wasnt so hard after all

and it doesnt have to do anything with FM btw. I just used one Saw osc and put a highpass filter with some cutoff modulation |
