Yeah totaly, make what ever you want that is how all music evolves, a genre gets to a type of boiling point were every body is using the same VST's track structure and everything starts sounding the same...some of my fav lables back in the day are a little same same for me now just becuase every one withing that lable all uses each others tricks plugins and patches. its at these times were people arnt forced into but decide to maybe revisti older music for insperation even remixing them with a modern twist, which isnt a new thing but young people hear these remixs with never hearing the original track and are inspired by the remix as if it is an original and there sound is there by influenced and slowly as a younger generation of producers start to emerge also a new sound emerges with them and influences others who mimic and copy and produce similar sounds until one day you have a distincly new genre.
And if any one tells you dont do what ya doing, just ignore them. onya mate |

world is full of good music.listen to it widely.take what you like and prosess it in to your own for your own intentions.maybe or maybe not it works?who knows ? so lets give it a try!
soo dj loopper just do it. doit for yo self no matter what others say cause they have their own intentions.release your music cd-r/mp3 what eva. you have no limits.stikk to your gunns.and good luck to you stay tuff bro |

I cannot beleive that you look in making trance going back to the 80's and 70's because you show me that you do not know anything about trance! Trance was and will be forever the future! It is high technology feelig and based on spiritual uplifts, or at least this is my opinion! 70's and 80's suck nowadays we're in 2005 for christ sake how can we go back instead of go forward!

there is tracks with motzart symphonies as leads
and as soon as u make 4x4 kick its already 80's disco basic element u just pitch it up to like 140 bpm instead of 80's 90-100 bpm (and if u dont belive me u r wellcome to hear some 80's music)
and about going forward....
psytrance not going forward for 5 years already

yeah because of so much people wanting to make music that is why, and so many people wanting to be dj's that is why trance is tuck because of the usual people wanting to be!

Man do you really think that by copying a mozart melody you will come up with a new trance???? Come one to do a new trance you have to go deep inside yourself and deep inside atmosphere and sound and search for really good stuff that there is not today. Everybody is panicking because there is no trance the reality is that the people who make it do not make it with spiritual beleives because if you do so you will find yourself through the music, and then it's a new trance man...

I agree with Mr. GanjaGil . Copy Mozart melodies into psytrance don´t make your music new.
Mr. 5Meo-Geo , you should start to create something new, or you will be only one more artist on this big scene.
Here in Brazil, we are starting to see some authentic projects appearing, like in Israel and in a lot of places around the globe.
Look inside, and then you will feel the music....

you want a new style? still not released but very soon will be. look for mindelight "light the mind" coming out real soon (january 15) its good tunes and something really different  i love it |
