okay thenI've finally got the whole bass+kik thing but now trying to move on a bit I can't creat synth lines without them sounding hollow and cheesey! how do other people do them, in particular cpu in their newish album, if anyone has any presets for z3ta+ or can explain what osc, efx to use whould be very grateful! |

Hey andy, sorry to tell ya this, but that is a secret that most producers closely guard... The best help I can give you is to experiment. But a good suggestion would be to check out the Z3ta+ and use some of the arps in the C and D preset groups. You might find something you like...

Use a cheesy leadline, add distortion, bitcrusher + flanger and eventually delay/reverb (play with hipassfilter) ) and so on, there you have it: the standard dull0n lead |
