i had a search and couldn't find anything really ambient downtempo and good.
the limted edition trance remix version is not so good - in case you were wondering.
i did find this tho:

There are quite a few bootleg versions of some amazing chill/ambient versions of every single Pink Floyd album - most of them released in the 90's. Some say it was The Orb who did it ( I wouldn't be surprised - but there never has been an official statement )
I did manage to play Shine on you Crazy Diamond (Journey into your Brain Mix ) at Freedom this year and seeing smiles breakout upon recognition just proves that when remixes are tastefully done it does elevate our aural pleasure cells : )
