What are you doing when it crashes? If I recall correctly, that exception code means something is trying to access a protected memory address.

If that is the cubase log, it might help to look for a windows minidump log, located in C:\windows\Minidump usually. You need to install the MS debugging tools to get useful info from the file.

http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/installx86.mspx

This link tells you on reading the minidump.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263

The long & short of it is, you install the debugger, setup the symbols path, & then open the minidump. Google for help on minidump if needed. Usually you'll find the offending file names, & at least get you started on your resolution path.

Good luck.           Keep The Faith,

THe windows dump might provide additional info, but I do not know if it will or will not be generated. If a windows dump file isn't being created, you might be able to run Dr. Watson, then wait try to crash cubase again, & see if Dr. Watson collects any info. It all depends on how the error handling is being done in cubase.

Dr. Watson is a window component. Google it for help running it on whatever OS you are using.           Keep The Faith,
