crackles in cubase sx 2

Unluckily my motherboard burned down , and i had to get a new one , I had no chances of backing up my harddrive , so i had to reinstall , EVeRyTHING. Dont know if i missed something in this process ?
My problem is now , that everytime i for instance have a bass line running and a kick ... i get a crackle sound , and its only like every 10'th second( sometimes every 5 seconds.. its totally random ..) ,so i wonder if its a new crappy motherboard , if my cables are getting old , if my soundcard needs replacement .. ?
I installed new drivers for soundcard , and the cracks got worse , ( i think i tried out every single driver made for the soundcard Waveterminal 192 l ) i checked my cabling , i checked my latency .. well i think i checked everything ... but i still get this sound . Anyone experienced simular , or know maybe what could have caused this ?

is waveterminal 192 a pro soundcard??
if not get a pro soundcard !

Its not the most proffesional , but still its alot better than many of the unproffesional cards -.-.. with new drivers should reach latencys under 2 ms ..
And it worked VERY stabile before i reinstalled everything ..
I also found out that the crackles appear , when i try to play waves inside of cubase ( also when testing before importing ) .. so i cocnluded that it has nothing to do with the sequencer ..

I can tell u a new clue , the sound crackles even more , when i.e surfing on internet and changing between other programs ..

Hehe , yes , been asking around and investigating .... looks like the Via chipset, which my motherboard has , Its said to have a history of having troubles with conflicts between onboard soundcard and a outboard/external, cant find out what to do, must be some thing i can install to prevent this crackle 
problem is i bought the motherboard as a substitute , im getting my "real motherboard" back in 14 days from repairs, before this i was without pc for almost 3 weeks, and to look for additional 14 days without music creation, i had to find a motherboard to substitute my "old" ... So i wont try new motherboard , will wait for my other , but Geeeeessss its hard without proper pc

i have waveterminal 192m killer sound card
and its not doing any problem to me how ever
u need the new drivers

go there download the driver and uninstall the old one..
and the problem that u have its probebly the propertis from the cntrol panel..

Hi Isak , very gratefull for ur help , but i realised that it is the chipset on the MObo , that is Fuc/()%&%& ..Ive tried every single driver on the esi pro page , and it only gets worse
I was told it was the Pci Irq and the something else Irq in conflict .. But , i guess i just wait for my MAIN motherboard to come back from repairs ............ God how i hate these days with no music ..

rishi my man ...
u'r sound card is ok .. nothing wrong with this sound card.
u need to format u'r hard drive, and the first thing that u need to do is to install
the sound card, but the latest drivers..listen, all so kamasutrance work with the waveterminal 192m sound card, and audiotek all so work with waveterminal 192m.
and i'm working with that sound card, and every thing is ok u need to go to the control panel, after the installtion and propertis of the sound and then go in the audio dont leave it in the waveterminal 1,2 mode, u need to go to the wavetermial muilti 10 chanell.
its will fix u'r problem dont worry.and if its still making problem PM me i'll told u what to do.. peace out Isak
