maybe someone could help me!!
i dont know why, but when i would like to record sample sound from nord3 into pc wavelab5 , i get some crackles on this record...it sounds not clean as i played in.
i have athlon xp+2200 cpu, 1gb ram and m-audio delta1010 soundcard.
what could i do to get a clean record...
thanx for some ideas...

I had once crackles problem. I scanned for viruses and trojans and found plenty of them. They caused the problems cause when i deleted them the problem disappeared.
Another reason could be inacurate buffer settings. Check what is the number of samples you have in Delta's control panel-->Hardware Settings-->DMA Buffer Size.
Too little setting might cause you the crackling effect.
Mine stands on 1024 samples right now.
Higher samples size would cause latency and lower might cause crackles. For me anyway.
I have AMD1800 with 512Mb DDRAm and Audiophile24/96 Sound Card.
