hey there i am back hehe
now i have some problems witch my cpu(the power my computer needs to run cubase) its always going extreemly high sometimes its going over zo that my computer crashes
how can i help this becuse i have pentium 4 and 1250 ram and 2.1ghz so that may not be a problem i thought?? |

Maybe you're running a lot of vst/dx plugins ... some of them can be extremely greedy as far as cpu is concerned.Especially if you're using badly cracked versions of them they might create such problems.Try removing them from your project one by one and see how it goes...
Also check the sample rate you use on your sound card ? it may be too high and getting your p4 on its knees.

its all about spyware.
open taskman and see whos eating your cpu.
thats what happend to me.

Spyware
No only in taskbar, some stuff is hidden and also in taskbar can be stuff you can't know if its spyware or not. Usually spyware add prefix to command such "explorer.exe fhdhf".
Problematic plugin
check if it appears only when certain plugin is in use.

this problem appears only to cubase?if not i think that there is something wrong with the floating point calculation. |
