So I could use some feedback on this tune I'm working on. Bear in mind the story is unfinished, so I've not focused on detailed mixing yet.
I've junked a lot of projects, and am slowly trying to get my way towards finishing something to the point it's really worth polishing.
- What sucks?
- What doesn't suck?
- What might I focus on as first priority?
- What might I focus on as secondary priorities?
- Worth finishing as a whole from first impressions?
There are a lot of things I'm not really pleased with but I'm trying to get my priorities straight.
- What sucks: Voice should be effected and lower in volume
- What doesn't suck: some Sounds are good(FX, Arpeggi, Voice);
- Highlight the strongest Parts of the song with some long notes (Pads etc.); more Rhythmical Elements
- Intro is nice but more soundlayers would be good
- always see how far you can take it - that way you learn about the whole process
Clear Questions - Clear Answers...
Really Nice Work!

i agree that you could add more sounds to the intro, and a few more fx through the track.but i like the whole vibe you have going and if i was still djing at partys i would deffinatly have had a place for this in a set. good work.

as the other say, you could work more with the intro.
I would work a little more with the kick and base. The base especially, it translate to my monitors as very thin.
at 2.00, you should eq the fx which comes in at 2.00, i hear some freq overlapping there.
In some places i would insert a few more sounds.
You should work more to the introduction of the lead at. 4,40, it enters at a kind of wierd point and a small break would be good before that cymbal.
But you got some cool things going on, keep working on it .
I think you definantly should finish it.
