Hello. Could some moderator convert this account "goafinland" into a promoter account..? I did not find a way to do this by yourself as "creating the account" complains that "goafinland" account already exists (as it obviously does)

we don't have promoter account type.
if you mean party/festival promoter, try adding new party/festival and follow the instructions.
 I may rise, but I won't shine ... |
