The track Cosma - Time Has Come is wonderful. The Astral remix too.

Cosma lives forever in the peoples mind.

Is there anything bad one can say about him? Simplicity and Non Stop are probably the only two albums that I love every single track on, and they never seem to get old. Christ, I wish he were still around to release something new.

there was a story just after he passed on that some label from Israel was releasing a dedication remix album for him, but it never happened... must have realised that al;l the other Israely producers shouldn;t touch such stuff... for example like Astral's remix album           --- Love In Light, Dance In Darkness ---

im not sure a cosma rmx's album would be that bad, provided you had the right people working on it. having say fatali or para halu (their new style is really something) rmxing something like cusanam or land of freedom would be cool. the only rmx's iv heard of cosma are purple floating psysex rmx, cusanam black n white rmx, n moon is a god basic rmx - all of which have been pretty nice .

totally agree - Cosma was amazing - RIP Avihen

JMP - Eyal Yankovich released a mix, but it was awful and he lost alot of respect for doing so

I have a nice mix somewhere if you want to PM me for a link

^edit: on the subject of remixes - I don't think ANYBODY is capable of remixing Avihen's music

As you said, it still sounds amazing and no-one could ever be as thoughtful as he was to attempt a remix

He is very much missed. I really loved him

Yea, that idea could end in tears. Glad Hom-Mega didn't go raping Cosma's classics.           Everyone in the world is doing something without me

For sure. Each track is perfect as it is. Simplicity itself works so well because of its consistency from track to track. Remixing it would probably ruin the illusion of a total immersive journey.

Just out of interest...Does anyone know where the vocal sample from The Time Has Come is from? The "You know...I had a thing for her from the start" part.
