Hello everybody,
We are happy to announce that we have just
finished the production of the clip for one of
Cosma's most emotional tracks - 'Freedom'
(taken from his latest album - 'Nonstop').
The clip can be watched/downloaded at our website - www.hommega.com
(It is located at the bottom left side of the main page).
The clip is available in 2 formats:
WMV (25M - compressed) and Mpeg (71M).
If you feel that you can help us get stage & exposure for the clip in different media,
please write to us how you feel you can help us and we will
send you a high quality format of the clip (DVD, VHS or even BETA)
but only if you provide a good proof of exposure potential.

The content is great! Nice Job.
Aside from that, I wonder why the wmv is at such high bit rate/ file size.
Also the .wmv frame rate is very low 29fps. - 6.5fps actual - i dont know what your source video rate is at but for a file this size this large you should be able to get a better rate, or maybe my computer is not playing the clip correctly. Encoder 9 i know still has some bugs for lots of people. I notice the mpeg plays smoothly, 25 fps.
I know you can get the file size / bit rate down with losing much noticable quality and get the frame rate up.
This video has some GREAT content, I just think the wmv can be encoded a lot better.

The Mpeg didn't work for me.
What codec does it uses?
Vertigoa, can you recommend me a codec?

PAvel - the latest version of windows media player should make it work correctly.
If not try the latest DivX player.

Got the latest Mplayer and Divx 5.0.5
It's something else, it's Mpeg, not AVI...
I'm not a bix expert but i think it's something else.
Downloaded the WMA version, the frame rate is too low for such a big file.
Great idea but the technical execution wasn't too professional on their side i think.
Eyal --> send a tape to the new Israeli Music TV Channel they're on the process of gathering video material, they'll be glad to transmit it, i'm pretty sure. And if they'll have a show like TRL will make sure that it will have our votes

I checked it with a little program called G-Spot and it uses MPEG2 (SVCD) compression.
The codec you need is that one:

Or...
Any DVD player software installation would install a similar codec (because this is method used to compress DVD data). |

its worked for me (the 70 MB)..... I use Divx player........
