According to their website it was just released, and there are more releases in the pibeline.
I only heard rumours, but nothing official, about dragonfly records closing.
Their website is up, seems updated and there is no indication whatsoever that it is closed.

yes and as always was of very high standards
and a strong contender for this year best album (for chillout)
